See you in the morning!

Day Three
Today we board the coach for a guided tour of Hyannis including a visit to the Kennedy Memorial and Saint Francis Xavier Church. Next we board the Cape Cod Central Railroad where we recapture the romance of a by-gone era. This afternoon we’ll enjoy a Hyannis Harbor Cruise in Lewis Bay. Tonight enjoy a traditional lobster dinner at a local restaurant. (B, D)

Day Four
This morning we journey to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our first stop takes us to Moultonborough where we’ll enjoy a visit to the Castle In the Clouds perched high in the Ossippee Mountains overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. After the tour we enjoy some afternoon sightseeing before checking into our hotel in the Lincoln area. This evening we travel to the Café Lafayette Dinner Train for an experience we will long remember. The "Granite Eagle", originally built for the Missouri-Pacific Railroad, operated from St. Louis Missouri to San Antonio Texas in the mid 1950's as the "Texas Eagle".

Day Five
Today, we take a journey, ON THE NOTCH TRAIN, you'll enjoy some of the finest natural scenery in the East as you travel through spectacular Crawford Notch - past sheer bluffs, steep ravines, cascading brooks and streams, panoramic mountain vistas, and across the famed Frankenstein Trestle and Willey Brook Bridge - en route to Crawford Depot. One of the premier scenic train rides in the East, the Crawford Notch excursion allows us the opportunity to relive a legend written in the annals of railroad history, when the first train traveled through Crawford Notch over 128 years ago. Live commentary includes history and folklore of the railroad and area, as well as points of interest. Long before there were automobiles or electric lights or telephones, the powerful steam trains of the Mount Washington Cog Railway climbed the highest peak in the Northeast. This was the world's first mountain-climbing cog railway, and today it's the only one still powered entirely by steam. Here we can enjoy lunch on our own, visit the museum and watch the cog as it climbs to the top of Mount Washington. We continue to Maine where we’ll spend the night. Dinner is included this evening (D)

Day Six
After breakfast, we travel home, taking with us wonderful memories of our New England Railroad adventure. (B)
